For the last two days, Morgan and Lunchbox have been doing pre-CMA Awards interviews with country artists.

At this particular event last year, Morgan gave Dustin Lynch a friendship bracelet with her phone number on it. Some things transpired in the following weeks on The Bobby Bones Show, but ultimately they never went on a date or connected. Morgan says things haven’t been awkward to her, however, when he was there this week for CMA interviews, she wanted to keep some space.

It was at this same event last year that Morgan gave Dustin the bracelet, so she asked Lunchbox to handle the interview alone and not draw attention the situation so everyone could keep moving forward. Lunchbox didn’t do that. He immediately brought up in the interview that Morgan didn’t want to be part of it and she was going to run away. She was actually sitting in the booth with them, and told Lunchbox to just “go away” and “do the interview.”

Lunchbox thought it was unprofessional of Morgan to not do the interview. Morgan didn’t feel that way, she felt it was fine to give space to the situation and if Lunchbox wouldn’t have said anything, it would have been fine and not awkward at all.
